A day of practicing
mindfulness in silence to refresh body and mind, letting
go of external responsibilities and distractions.
An excellent way to deepen one's mindfulness practice. Bring
a bag lunch to eat mindfully and wear loose, comfortable
clothing.

Schedule for the
day:
9AM - 3PM: Sitting, walking and eating meditation; dharma
talk
3PM - 4PM: Tea and discussion
