Open Sitting and Walking Meditation

We begin at 8:00 a.m. sitting in silence until 8:25. At 8:25, we begin walking meditation for ten minutes as others may join us for the second sitting period at 8:30. We end at 9:00 a.m.

Retreats

Summer Residential Retreat in Lanesboro, MN
What could be more ideal, an original farm house with 5 bedrooms, huge sitting porch, on the Root River Bike Trail, 5 miles outside Lanesboro. Time each day for biking, hiking, porch sitting, interspersed with walking, eating, sitting, cooking and living together mindfulness practice. Space is limited. Accommodations are shared double and/or queen sized beds. For a reduced fee you can camp 1 block away, (contact Judith for more info on camping).

    Friday June 25, 5 p.m. – Sunday June 27, 3 p.m.

    Register by May 21 by sending full fee and registration form.

    $200.00 plus cost of one meal you will help to cook and provide for fellow retreatents.
